These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Piccazo website and all services offered by Piccazo, a registered business based in Lagos, Nigeria.
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or engaging our production services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Piccazo provides the following professional services:
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for full production engagements are defined in a separate project agreement issued to the client before work commences.
Paid consultation sessions are available for booking through our website. The following terms apply:
Consultation Payments: All consultations must be paid in full online via Paystack before the session takes place.
Production Projects: Full production engagements require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) before pre-production begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final product, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Currency: All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and Dollars (USD) unless expressly agreed otherwise for international clients.
Late Payments: Invoices unpaid beyond the agreed due date may result in a pause in production activities until outstanding balances are settled.
Secure Payments: All online payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Piccazo does not store or handle your card details directly.
Client Content: Any materials provided by the client remain the client’s property. The client warrants they have the right to share such materials with Piccazo for production purposes.
Produced Content: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final delivered content as specified in their project agreement.
Retained Rights: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Piccazo retains ownership of raw footage, project files, and the right to include the finished work in our portfolio and showreel.
Third-Party Rights: The client is responsible for securing all necessary clearances for music, locations, talent, and any third-party content. Piccazo is not liable for intellectual property infringement resulting from client-supplied materials.
As a client of Piccazo, you agree to:
Piccazo will exercise professional care and skill in delivering all services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, or force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
