Common Questions
How does the consultation work?
After booking and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation within 24 hours with a scheduling link to choose your preferred session date and time. Sessions are held via video call (Zoom or Google Meet).
What is your refund policy?
Consultations cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a session rescheduling. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. We regularly work with clients in the UK, US, Canada, Ghana, South Africa, and across Europe. International clients can book consultations and production services — payment options are available for international cards via Paystack.
How long does a typical production take?
Music videos typically take 1–3 weeks from shoot to delivery. Short films range from 4–8 weeks. Feature productions vary. Your consultation will include a realistic timeline specific to your project.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed by Paystack, a leading African payment gateway. We do not store or process card information directly.
What happens after the consultation?
You’ll receive a written summary of what was discussed, plus a recommended next steps document. From there, you can proceed to commission a full production with Piccazo or use the insights to brief other partners.
